Job summary

BOYS & GIRLS CLUB FOX VALLEY INC is seeking an on-site HR Operations professional in Appleton to manage end-to-end HR lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, changes, and offboarding. You will serve as a trusted HR contact for benefits, policies, and operations, while maintaining HRIS records and collaborating with Finance on payroll changes.

The role requires hands-on HRIS experience, familiarity with Paycom, and a Bachelor's in HR or Business (HR certification a plus).

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in an HR operations/coordination/admin role.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end HR lifecycle processes including recruiting, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Field employee questions related to benefits, policies, and HR operations.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate standard/adhoc HR reports.
• Coordinate payroll change inputs with Finance for timely payroll updates.
• Administer the employee benefits program including open enrollment and education.
• Support ACA compliance and reporting through benefits administration.
• Assist with compliance, audits, reporting, and filings as needed.
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement in HR operations.
• Support an inclusive culture grounded in equity, trust, and continuous improvement.
