Job summary

The Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah, is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to support daily HR operations and ensure a smooth start for new hires. This on-site role focuses on onboarding, paperwork, I-9 verification, and accurate records, while assisting with termination processes and HR projects throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Onboarding coordination and paperwork management.
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
• Experience supporting HR processes and administrative tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with new hires and teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete all steps for new hire onboarding, including I-9 verification and records.
• Assist with employee termination processes and documentation.
• Maintain organized team member files and conduct periodic audits.
• Support recruiting-related social media posts and posting open positions.
• Assist HR with recognition programs and team events.
• Coordinate new hire arrival information with Housing Manager and arrange arrival transportation.
• Maintain an organized HR office and onboarding supplies.
• Provide general admin support including copying, mailing, scanning, emailing, and filing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
