Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to liaise between personnel and management; work with supervisors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating HR department functions.
• Maintain job descriptions and evaluations for staff in line with laws.
• Coordinate interviews, processing of new hires, and background checks.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, wages, overtime, and work hours.
