• Strong organizational skills and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and maintaining new hire paperwork.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, life events, and open enrollment.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS with accuracy.
• Assist with recruitment, posting open jobs, and interviewing support.
• Write and post job descriptions and assist with social media recruiting.
