Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking an entry-level Human Resources Coordinator to welcome colleagues, applicants, and visitors and provide exceptional administrative support. You will handle calls, inquiries, and walk-ins while maintaining a confidential HR environment and assisting with recruitment and onboarding.

Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced hotel setting that values service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• A genuine passion for serving others and thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Previous Human Resources experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome colleagues, applicants, and visitors while providing exceptional administrative support.
• Answer and direct incoming calls; respond to inquiries; manage walk-in requests.
• Maintain the HR office environment and coordinate colleague relations initiatives.
• Support special projects and safeguard confidential employee information.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
