Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah, is seeking an on-site HR Onboarding Coordinator to support day-to-day HR tasks and ensure a welcoming start for new hires. You will handle onboarding paperwork, I-9s, and records, while helping with terminations and file audits.

This role requires organized, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with people and growing in HR. The position offers opportunities to assist with recruitment-related posts, employee recognition, events, and housing

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete all necessary steps for new hire onboarding, including paperwork, I-9 completion and verification, filing, and maintaining accurate team member records.
• Assist with all steps of the employee termination process and ensure required documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
• Maintain organized and accurate team member files and assist with periodic file audits.
• Assist with recruiting-related social media posts and advertising open positions.
• Assist the HR team with recognition programs, team member events, and other HR initiatives throughout the year.
• Communicate new team member arrival information to the Housing Manager and assist with coordinating arrival transportation.
• Maintain an organized HR office, including keeping onboarding supplies stocked and up to date.
• Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, mailing, scanning, emailing, and filing documents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The HR Onboarding Coordinator supports the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources team, with a primary focus on coordinating new hire onboarding and assisting with the employee termination process. This position helps ensure new team members have a smooth and welcoming start to their employment and that required paperwork and HR processes are completed accurately and on time.

This is an on-site position, with a Monday through Friday schedule.
