Job summary

Uline, a family-owned shipping supply leader, is seeking an HR Manager at our Ohio facility. You will guide the HR team to recruit and retain top talent and shape a best-in-class working environment at our 1.4 million square-foot Columbus warehouse.

Lead HR operations for 200+ employees, build a high-performing team, collaborate with leadership on hiring and employee relations, and drive engagement while traveling for initial training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including management experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws.
• Strong recruiting background, especially in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for 200+ warehouse, facilities and office employees.
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing HR team to support staffing a new facility.
• Collaborate with leadership on hiring, performance management, employee relations and engagement.
• Guide performance conversations to maintain a positive, productive workplace.
