Job summary

Uline is seeking an Human Resources Manager at our Ohio facility to lead HR operations for 200+ team members across warehouse, facilities and offices. You will guide a developing HR team and partner with leadership on hiring, performance, and employee relations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 7+ years in HR with management experience. Travel for training at Uline locations nationwide may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including management.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday knowledge a plus.
• Knowledgeable of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws.
• Strong recruiting background, especially in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.
• Extended travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations.
