Job summary

ExplorUS is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions across Shenandoah National Park and a second site, supporting up to 400 employees. You will lead employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, benefits, and HR programs while developing site staff.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, confidentiality, and collaboration with corporate leadership to ensure consistent HR practices and a positive employee experience across both

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR management experience in a high-volume, multi-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; SHRM/PHR/SPHR certification highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR programs, processes, and services across multiple sites to ensure consistency with policies and regulations.
• Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance on workplace concerns and policy matters.
• Direct recruiting and talent acquisition, ensuring timely hiring decisions with site leadership.
