Job description

Imagine leading a dynamic hospitality operation surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, cascading waterfalls, and more than 500 miles of scenic trails. At Shenandoah Hospitality, the General Manager leads a multi-site operation spanning more than 60 miles along Skyline Drive, encompassing lodges, cabin accommodations, full-service restaurants, quick service outlets, retail operations, and campgrounds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a visionary leader to develop an exceptional team, build strong partnerships, and create amazing experiences for the millions of visitors who come to Shenandoah National Park each year. In addition to managing a diverse portfolio, you will partner closely with the National Park Service to meet concession standards and shared guest experience goals.

If you’re an experienced hospitality leader who has led multi-site hospitality operations before, or want to, and you're looking for a role where the scope matches your ambition, this is it.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and future, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) plan. Relocation package available for qualified candidates, along with a performance-based bonus opportunity.

  • Oversee human resources, employee housing, recruitment, training, development, employee relations, and compliance with applicable labor requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Partner Agency contracts, Company policies, and all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.
  • Serve as the Responsible Safety Officer (RSO), overseeing safety, risk management, emergency response, security, and the well-being of employees and guests.
