Job summary

The Human Resource Generalist at Troon Pebble Beach is a dynamic, on-site role providing HR support and strategic guidance to property managers and leadership teams. You will manage HR processes, ensure compliance, and partner with Total Rewards, TA, and L&D to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Required: 3+ years HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and experience in a unionized setting. Proficiency with UKG HRIS and payroll is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience.
• Experience in a unionized workforce.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws, including CA-specific requirements.
• Experience with HRIS (UKG preferred) and payroll processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for site visits, training, and audits.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Employee Support: Manage and support a broad range of HR processes, proactively engaging with managers and employees to resolve issues and drive positive outcomes.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, educate managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Employee & Labor Relations: Assist managers with employee relations and support CBAs, investigations, and issue resolution.
• Payroll & Administrative Support: Process timecard entries, conduct payroll audits, and support close activities.
• Other: Travel as needed for site visits, training, and audits.
