Aufgaben

• Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers on inquiries involving policies, attendance, leave, benefits, performance processes, and workplace concerns.
• Handle routine employee-relations matters and support the HR Manager with more complex cases, escalating as needed.
• Process and document employment actions (hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, separations) with proper documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding with Talent Acquisition and HR teams, including background checks and new-hire processing.
• Support day-to-day administration of collective bargaining agreements and labor-related requirements; provide routine guidance to managers.
