LAZ Parking is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR and operational efforts for the South Central region. This is a 100% on-site role focusing on payroll, compliance, employee relations and recruitment support for front-line and supervisory positions.

The position involves travel between San Antonio and Austin markets, collaborating with the Home Office and local operations to maintain compliant HR practices and foster a strong, employee-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Human Resources experience with emphasis on payroll and compliance.
• Knowledge of current federal, state and local laws.
• Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages all HR-related transactions and partners with operations teams for continuous improvement.
• Support with high-volume recruiting for front-line and supervisory roles as needed.
• Attend recruiting events within respective market.
• Supports payroll processing by ensuring managers sign off on hours in a timely manner.
• Maintains compliance and handles employee relations issues.
