Job summary

LAZ Parking seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic HR partner for managers and frontline staff in the assigned region. You will guide complex employee relations matters, oversee leave and workers' compensation, and support workforce planning and compliance initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, with knowledge of HRIS/payroll and current employment laws. This position is full-time and based in the San Antonio area, offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of HR experience supporting leadership and employee relations.
• Experience with leave, workers' comp, and benefits is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for managers and front-line employees in the region.
• Lead complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Coach managers on performance, policy interpretation, and corrective actions.
