Bundesliga-Gruppe in Arlington, Texas, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support local operations and collaborate with our Germany-based leadership. The role focuses on HR activities (about 85%) with some office management (about 15%).

This 50% position (20 hours per week) is an on-site role, designed to be extended if workload grows. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll, benefits enrollment, policy implementation, and robust record-keeping.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience, ideally in tech/IT.
• Knowledge of employment laws, payroll, and HR best practices.
• Experience as local HR contact with international stakeholders.
• Proficiency with HR software such as Personio and Paycom.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as on-site HR partner for operations and employee relations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: postings, screenings, interviews, onboarding.
• Administer payroll for permanent and part-time staff via Paycom.
• Support benefits enrollment and programs following policy guidelines.
• Implement HR policies aligned with HQ and applicable laws.
• Maintain detailed records and reporting for HQ.
