Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience recruiting skilled employees and managing multiple openings simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of HR administration, employee relations, and employment practices.
• Strong organization, recordkeeping, written communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and build trust with employees and plant leaders.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Morristown positions, focusing on production and skilled manufacturing roles.
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and new-hire paperwork.
• Maintain staffing records and report hiring progress and turnover monthly.
• Maintain personnel records and perform HR transactions in HRIS; respond to HR inquiries from employees and supervisors.
• Support employee relations through documentation and coordination with site leadership.
• Track training and policy acknowledgments; coordinate leave and accommodations as needed.
• Prepare clear communications about staffing changes, programs, training, and updates.
• Support site EHS administrative tasks and assist with audits or inspections.
