Boater's World Manufacturing Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support our growing manufacturing operation in Chocowinity, North Carolina. This on-site role partners with hourly employees, supervisors, plant leadership, and the corporate HR team to maintain a safe, productive, and engaged workforce.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, with hands-on EHS and OSHA knowledge, and a track record of recruiting, onboarding, training,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or SHRM certification.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on EHS experience and OSHA knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as on-site HR resource for hourly workforce, supervisors, and plant leadership.
• Support recruiting, onboarding and workforce planning, including screening and interviews.
• Coach supervisors on performance management, policy application, and employee relations.
• Maintain HR records, payroll changes, benefits questions, and Open Enrollment support.
• Ensure OSHA and safety records are accurate and compliant across shifts.
