Job summary

North Country Dairy’s HR Generalist is responsible for supporting a broad range of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training and development, compliance, and labor relations.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position at the North Lawrence facility, requiring regular presence to provide direct support to employees and leadership, respond to workplace issues, and maintain strong working relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, industrial relations or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS and labor relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition, employee relations and benefits administration.
• Administer performance management, onboarding, training and development.
• Ensure compliance with laws, CBAs and company policies.
• Investigate workplace concerns and participate in labor relations activities.
• Maintain confidential employee records and respond to inquiries.
