SpaceX is seeking an HR Generalist in Hawthorne, CA to partner with HRBPs and coordinators, implement HR policies, and respond to employee inquiries. The role supports retention, career development, and risk mitigation for a dynamic, fast-paced engineering and manufacturing workforce.

You will counsel employees and managers on policy and legal requirements, facilitate transfers and promotions, and help drive HR projects and training across the team.

Formación

• 6+ months as SpaceX HR Coordinator or 1+ years of professional human resources experience.
• Experience in an engineering, production or manufacturing environment supporting an exempt and hourly workforce.
• Demonstrated success at building effective relationships.
• Ability to lead with a positive attitude and approach challenges head-on.
• Experience independently handling employee relations issues.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, UltiPro, and/or Workday.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use independent judgment to make decisions as well as organize and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated excellence thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HRBPs and coordinators to identify department needs, recommend changes, and implement improvements.
• Partner with broader HR team in the creation of, documentation, and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and processes.
• Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries, questions and complaints.
• Facilitate internal transfers, oversee and facilitate promotion opportunities, conduct exit interviews, and identify trends to support retention, career development, and to minimize risk for the business.
• Provide operational guidance, information, and direction on low-risk employee relations issues, performance management, and other core HR functions.
• Counsel and assist employees and managers, guided by the Company’s policies and relevant laws/regulations.
• Work with front-line managers and above to implement key HR recommendations and change efforts.
• Develop and co-lead HR projects with broader HR team.
• Train new HR team members in SpaceX’s systems, processes, and policies.
