Job summary

Truity Partners in Wisconsin is partnering with an established organization to hire a Human Resources Generalist for on-site support. The role offers broad exposure to HR activities and direct collaboration with employees and leaders in a fast-moving environment.

You will handle employee questions, leave administration (FMLA), recruiting, onboarding, performance discussions, and day-to-day HR processes, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 1+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Experience supporting FMLA or employee leave administration.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels.
• Able to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day HR resource for employees, answering questions about policies, benefits, leaves, and employment matters.
• Coordinate and support FMLA and other employee leave processes, including documentation and communication with employees and leaders.
• Assist managers with employee documentation, performance conversations, and HR questions.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and new-hire support activities.
• Help create a positive employee experience by building relationships and maintaining an approachable HR presence.
• Maintain HR records with high accuracy and confidentiality; ensure consistent HR practices across the organization.
• Support HR programs related to employee engagement, development, retention, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with leaders and employees across different areas and shifts to balance needs.
