Responsibilities

• Leave Administration: administer FMLA and related leaves. Communicate requirements to employees and managers.
• Employee Relations: support investigations and confidential records.
• Workday Onboarding: coordinate onboarding and maintain records in Workday.
• General HR Support: provide day-to-day HR support and assist with audits, reporting, and compliance.
