Job summary

The role focuses on benefits administration, leave management, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations, with a salary of $65,000–$75,000.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years HR experience, strong benefits/leaves knowledge (FMLA/ADA/ COBRA), solid HRIS and MS Office skills, and a Bachelor’s degree; SHRM-CP/PHR is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Strong background in benefits administration and leave of absence management
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and employment law compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, audits, and employee inquiries
• Manage all leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and other protected leaves
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity
• Support employee relations matters and partner with managers on HR best practices
• Assist with compliance, reporting, and policy administration
• Participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Provide general HR support across multiple functions as needed
