Qualifications

• 2+ years of field clerk/office management in a construction environment.
• Ability to travel and report to different field offices within the Permian Basin or panhandle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).
• Detail oriented with strong customer service and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Data entry in HR system for new hires, status changes, and separations.
• Assist employees with online onboarding and ensure deadlines.
• General office duties: scanning paperwork, reports, drug testing, answering phones, filing.
• Obtain required authorizations/approvals for various paperwork.
• Balance and submit time via recap from signed timesheets to payroll.
• Monitor site radio communications and distribute messages to staff.
• Assist Site HSE onboarding including safety orientation.
• Assist Site Manager with weekly progress reports.
• Support procurement of office supplies and assist Purchasing with paperwork.
• Receive, sort and log deliveries; prepare outbound shipments.
• Provide maps and directions for visitors to the site.
