Koch Companies’ Georgia-Pacific Madison Plywood facility is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner, driving organizational effectiveness and talent initiatives on-site in Madison, GA. The role requires close collaboration with operations leaders and a proactive, hands-on presence on the floor to support hourly and salaried teams.

The HRBP will lead staffing, onboarding, talent development, and risk coaching with a focus on ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with leadership to drive recruiting initiatives.
• Experience applying talent management processes within an organization as a supervisor or HR partner.
• Experience developing and implementing strategies that enable attainment of strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build trust-based relationships across Hourly and Salaried teams with practical and strategic HR guidance.
• Partner with external community to build sustainable partnerships.
• Provide site-level HR guidance on operations-related matters and risk management.
