Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an on-site HR Business Partner in Kenosha, WI. You will partner with operations to align HR strategies with business goals, drive talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management for a growing site.

The role offers a salary of $95,000–$100,000 plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, PTO, retirement matching, and a schedule of Monday–Friday 4pm–12am with occasional nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site HR management or HR leadership experience.
• Strong advisory experience with operations leaders on business outcomes.
• Knowledge of HR practices and state/local employment laws.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office; able to work after hours when needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish without translation services.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Align HR strategies with site goals with operations leadership.
• Talent Management: Drive high-volume recruitment, development, and retention.
• Employee Relations: Advise on complex issues; manage investigations as needed.
• Performance Management: Oversee appraisals and coaching; implement improvement plans.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure policies meet local/state laws and regulations.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use HRIS to generate metrics; report to senior management.
• Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives to boost engagement and retention.
• Safety: Enforce safety rules and address noncompliance with leadership.
