Job summary

Uline Inc. in Kenosha is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead the HR team supporting 750+ employees across warehouse, sales, facilities and office functions. You will recruit, develop talent, and ensure policy compliance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in HR, strong people leadership, familiarity with HR laws, and experience with MS Office and ATS; Workday knowledge is a plus. This is an on-site role at our Kenosha location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including recruiting and people management.
• Experience with MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday is a plus.
• Knowledgeable of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for 750+ employees across warehouse, sales, facilities and office.
• Partner with hiring managers to execute high-growth recruitment strategies.
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing HR team.
• Provide input on employee relations and corrective action.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and programs consistently.
