Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with basic repair tasks in housing or property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance schedules and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting tasks for FSSTHD rental units, buildings and grounds.
• Conduct grounds maintenance including mowing, snow removal, and landscaping.
• Assist in prevention maintenance, inspections, and repairs of housing units and facilities.
• Maintain tools and equipment; ensure safety and compliance with procedures.
• Assist in purchasing, stocking, and distribution of maintenance materials.
• Complete work orders and coordinate with Tenant Services Coordinator.
