Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and carpentry to ensure safe operation.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on parts and equipment.
• Remodel interior and exterior of buildings as needed and complete work orders.
• Complete reports and records to verify costs and activities.
• Assist with snow removal and work from ladders or scaffolding.
