Responsibilities

• Completion of daily assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to perform basic building, basic electrical, painting and basic plumbing repairs.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels for existing inventory and equipment.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently, produce quality work and follow technical procedures while ensuring completion of tasks to meet established deadlines.
• Ability to interact effectively and in a business-like manner with other staff, , service workers, and others.

We are now hiring a Maintenance Technician who will primarily perform maintenance duties according to policy and procedures as well as ensuring general/preventive maintenance repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

$22-$25 per hour (Monday - Friday)

• History or experience in maintenance and/or related fields
