Job summary

You will partner with NAU Facility Services to manage furniture, linen, and maintenance while supervising student assistants and coordinating with Campus Living staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Campus Living Facilities operations and manage furniture, linen, and inventory.
• Supervise 10–30 student CLFAs and support their recruitment, training, and evaluation.
• Manage work orders, vendor coordination, and safety procedures for facilities and vehicles.
• Coordinate department activities, planning, and communications with Campus Living staff and NAU Facility Services.
• Assist in turnover of employee apartments and ensure proper provisioning and maintenance.
