Job summary

Northern Arizona University is seeking a Manager, Campus Living Operations to plan and oversee housing assignment and occupancy for more than 7,500 bed spaces on campus. You will lead a team, coordinate StarRez and PeopleSoft systems, manage rent billing, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.

Reporting to the Director, you’ll drive occupancy strategy, generate reports, and partner with campus teams to deliver exceptional housing services while guiding professional development for staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in housing operations or campus services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage housing assignment and occupancy for 7,500+ bed spaces.
• Oversee StarRez/PeopleSoft systems and occupancy reporting.
• Coordinate room selection, billing, and check-in/out processes.
• Supervise three Housing Assistant Managers and staff trainings.
• Collaborate with campus partners to execute housing operations initiatives.
