Job summary

As part of Campus Living, you will develop programs with partners, assess impact data, and help drive student success and inclusion across NAU housing communities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration, Counseling, or related field (completed by start date).

Responsibilities

• Implement priorities for the community engagement framework to support student development.
• Collaborate with staff and partners to develop programs that boost student success.
• Manage engagement planning and assess data related to student learning, inclusion and retention.
• Lead campus events like Welcome Jacks move-in and Homecoming planning.
• Hire, train, supervise summer staff and on-call student workers.
