Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and staff; support the General Manager in strategy and policy communication.
• Recommend salary, disciplinary, or HR actions per company rules; alert GM of issues.
• Ensure staff training and proper tools/equipment are available.
• Assist in developing and monitoring financial/operational plans to meet objectives.
• Manage front office, revenue, reservations, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and collections.
