Job summary

Domes Resorts invites applications for an IT & Technical Systems Technician to support three Chalkidiki properties. You will be the on-site hands-on point for in-room technology, CCTV, alarms, and low‑voltage systems, coordinating with remote IT specialists as needed.

The role requires basic networking, English language skills, and a valid driving licence to travel between sites. Training and remote support are provided by the IT team.

Qualifications

• A technical diploma or certification as an electrician or electronics installer.
• Experience with alarms, CCTV, satellite/TV systems, and cabling.
• Basic understanding of networks and connected devices (Wi‑Fi, IP cameras, routers/switches).
• Basic computer skills and comfort helping colleagues with everyday PC issues.
• A valid driving licence and own vehicle for multi-property coverage.
• Good knowledge of English; a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, connect and troubleshoot in-room technology and devices.
• Handle low-voltage cabling and network points with Maintenance team.
• Act as on-site liaison with IT specialists, report issues clearly.
• Provide basic PC support to hotel departments (printers, peripherals).
• Support new hotel openings during turn-key phase and early operations.
• Keep equipment in good order and flag faulty devices for replacement.
