Job summary

WM Hospital Services is seeking a Hospital Services Technician to travel between customer healthcare facilities, collecting and exchanging waste containers for WMHS programs. An on-site role is required with a valid driver’s license, and you will follow a strict service schedule.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, starting at 5:00am. The position emphasizes professional interaction with facility staff, adherence to immunization requirements, and contributions to a safe, compliant waste management

Qualifications

• Requires on-site presence at WMHS locations and compliance with immunization requirements.
• Minimum 2 years industry-related experience in a customer service capacity or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Travels between healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite staff to meet service expectations.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
