Job summary

WM is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between healthcare facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for WMHS programs. The role requires on-site presence and adherence to a strict service schedule, with a Monday–Friday workweek and 8 am start.

Applicants should have strong customer service and communication skills; a High School Diploma or GED is required, and immunization compliance is mandatory for customer sites. Benefits and safety protocols apply.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements imposed by customers.
• 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating strong communication skills and tact.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
