Job summary

WM (Waste Management) is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between healthcare facilities, performing on-site collection and exchange of waste containers for WMHS programs, including Sharps, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management.

The role requires strong customer service, on-site presence, a valid driver's license, and adherence to immunization and safety standards. The position includes a full-time schedule and opportunities to grow within the WM family.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with immunization requirements.
• 2 years industry-related experience in customer service preferred or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs and services.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
