Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a Hospital Services Technician to travel between healthcare facilities, collecting and exchanging waste containers for WMHS programs. You will interact with on-site staff to ensure service standards are met and maintain a strict schedule.

The role requires on-site presence, immunization compliance, and a valid driver’s license, with preference for 2 years of related customer service experience.

Qualifications

• This position requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements.
• Two years of industry-related customer service experience are preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel between customer healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interact professionally with onsite staff to meet or exceed service expectations.
• Maintain a strict collection and service schedule.
• Communicate duty status on the defined schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
