Job summary

Moberly Regional Medical Center is seeking a Personal Computer Technician to provide on-site IT support for hardware, software, telecommunications, and network systems within the hospital environment.

You will install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, coordinate asset moves, ensure device security, and deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to hospital policies. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications or related field.
• CET certification preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience with hospital information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IT hardware including desktops, laptops, thin clients, mobile devices, printers and scanners.
• Install and maintain hospital IT systems, networking equipment, or telecommunications systems.
• Troubleshoot software and network issues.
• Move IS assets and coordinate equipment moves with other service departments.
• Ensure information security by securely disposing of devices with local hard drives.
• Provide remote support for licensed equipment and use alternative solutions as needed.
• Provide high quality customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
