Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network in Lancaster, CA seeks an Adult Residential Facility (EBSH) Interim Home Administrator to oversee daily operations of residential homes and ensure high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will implement policies, supervise staff, maintain CCR Title 17 compliance, manage budgets, recruit and train, and coordinate with agencies to support residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years supervising individuals with developmental disabilities.
• ARF, DSP I/II, RBT certificates required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of house(s) in collaboration with Administrator.
• Supervise direct reports including coaching, discipline, and performance management; recruit and hire.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures with management.
• Maintain client and facility files per CCR Title 17 requirements.
• Prepare quarterly progress reports and ensure records compliance.
• Engage with agencies and service providers as needed.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff; determine staffing needs.
• Participate in ID team meetings and communicate with families.
• Obtain medical/dental evaluations and ensure physician orders are followed.
• Manage program costs including supplies, utilities, and labor.
• Perform other related duties as required.
