Job summary

RISE Association Management Group in Houston, TX seeks an On-Site General Manager for a premier Galleria/Uptown condominium community. You will provide strategic direction, oversee daily operations, manage maintenance, enforcement of deed restrictions, client communication, and project management to deliver exceptional resident service.

The role is full-time, requires evenings for board meetings, and offers a comprehensive benefits package, annual pay of $80,000, PTO, health coverage, life/AD&D,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience with direct reports.
• At least 2 years of property management experience.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and operations of the Association per agreements and policies.
• Manage property maintenance, deed restriction enforcement, budgeting, and legal matters.
• Organize and attend client meetings, often in the evenings.
• Liaise between the Board, homeowners, and vendors.
• Conduct facility inspections for compliance with maintenance and deeds.
• Prepare Board materials, bid comparisons, and reports.
• Monitor delinquency and oversee collections for assigned accounts.
• Recommend capital expenditures to maintain community standards.
• Advise the Board with administrative, operational, and managerial guidance.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and governing documents.
• Deliver weekly updates on collections, compliance, and work orders.
• Manage budgets and vendor payments.
• Foster positive resident relationships and timely resolutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
