PMP Management is seeking an on-site General Manager to oversee a historic condominium HOA with multiple amenities in Diamond Bar, CA. The role requires strong HOA management experience, budgeting, and contractor oversight.

The General Manager will work under the Board of Directors, ensuring programs align with community goals, handling resident relations, and maintaining facilities per CC&Rs and bylaws.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in community association management.
• Graduation from a four-year college in a related field preferred.
• CMCA/CCAM or other industry designations preferred.
• Knowledge of CC&Rs, By-laws and Articles of Incorporation.
• Proficiency in budget, finance, and vendor management.
• Ability to read and implement governing documents.

Responsabilités

• Implements Board policy and directives within the contract scope.
• Oversees contractors providing service to the community.
• Prepares budgets and reports monthly financial data to the Board.
• Administers operations within the approved operating budget.
• Liaises between the Board and residents on policies and grievances.
• Analyzes financial reports and coordinates with advisors.
• Establishes budget priorities and supervises expenditures.
• Other duties as assigned.
