Campus Federal Credit Union in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Help Desk Technician to deliver first-line technology support to internal staff and keep our computing environment secure and reliable.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, solid troubleshooting ability, and experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/AD, and ticketing systems. On-site role with on-call rotations and opportunities to grow in IT.

Qualifications

• Minimum CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience in Tier 1 support.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 environments, imaging, deployment, updates, and end-user support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and AD administration.
• Experience using a help desk ticketing system and documenting issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to team members by diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused support while meeting service level expectations.
• Document and track requests through resolution in the ticketing system.
• Install and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain accurate technology asset inventories and documentation.
