Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support for NEXUS mission users, based on-site in Centennial, Colorado. The role requires 1-2 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and an active secret clearance. You will troubleshoot, log tickets, and support around-the-clock operations in a federal environment.

Candidates must be able to work rotating shifts and obtain a Common Access Card. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of help desk or technical support experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Active secret clearance required.
• Eligibility to obtain a Common Access Card.
• Willing to work rotating shifts in an around-the-clock operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for NEXUS mission users via phone, online channels, and Mattermost.
• Monitor system health, operational dashboards, and alerting tools to respond to failure notifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues using provided procedures.
• Document, track, and manage support requests and service tickets.
