Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to support a company focused on mission-critical defense technology, tactical communications, and operational support systems. This position is on-site in Centennial, Colorado. The Help Desk Specialist will provide frontline technical support for mission systems, connectivity solutions, user devices, and operational applications in a 24x7 environment. This is an opportunity to directly support mission execution by ensuring critical communication and operational systems remain available to end users.

Responsibilities for the Help Desk Specialist include:

• Provide technical support for NEXUS-enabled missions and mission-critical operational systems.
• Monitor and respond to requests within Mattermost support channels and assist users with troubleshooting activities.
• Resolve connectivity, application, and device issues involving Windows systems, tactical communications platforms, tablets, laptops, and related technologies.
• Manage discrepancy reports (DRs), monitor troubleshooting tools, and coordinate issue resolution activities.
• Escalate complex technical issues to subject matter experts and maintain Systems Integration Lab (SIL) node capabilities.

Required Qualifications for the Help Desk Specialist include:

• 1+ years of Help Desk, Technical Support, Customer Service, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience using ticketing systems, call center tools, or service desk platforms.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24x7 support environment.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Active Secret Clearance.

Compensation for the Help Desk Specialist includes:

• Salary Range: $30-$35/hour depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick Leave as required by law

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift (Day): 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift (Evening): 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift (Night): 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
