Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment on civil construction sites.
• Knowledge of trenching, grading and earthmoving.
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues promptly.
• Experience with used equipment; understands wear and safety.
• Commitment to OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.
• Ability to read and follow construction plans and supervisor instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication across weather and site conditions.
• Previous heavy equipment operator experience; operator licenses preferred.
• Reliable transportation to San Carlos, AZ; full-time with possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of heavy equipment on civil construction projects.
• Inspect equipment and conduct daily checks for safe operation.
• Follow site plans and directions from supervisors and site managers.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with regulations.
• Perform trenching, earthmoving, grading and backfilling tasks.
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and basic repairs.
• Support material handling, loading/unloading and site cleanliness.
