Qualifications

• Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment on civil construction or earthwork projects.
• Ability to interpret site plans, grade markings, and cut/fill requirements.
• Strong understanding of soil types, equipment limitations, and how to safely work on varied terrain.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, rollers, and haul trucks for site development.
• Read and follow plans, grade stakes, and cut sheets to ensure precise execution.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and basic maintenance on your machine.
