Job summary

ASI Construction is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our on-site team. The role requires 3+ years of dedicated heavy equipment operation experience with excavators, dozers, skid steers, and rock trucks, and a high regard for safety and PPE compliance.

The position is hourly, non-exempt, and travel is required. A valid driver’s license is needed, CDL preferred. Education: High School diploma or GED. Work includes performing daily checks and maintaining equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of dedicated heavy equipment operation experience with excavators, dozers, skid steers, and rock trucks.
• Must wear PPE and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dozers, Excavators, Lifts, Loaders, Trucks and others safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Clean equipment and store securely after shift.
• Report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• All other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
