Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar construction-heavy role.
• Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong documentation skills for accurate records.
• Proven leadership and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of all heavy equipment.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
• Document maintenance activities and keep records up to date.
• Analyze equipment failures and develop improvement actions.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure equipment availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operating procedures.
• Train and supervise staff on equipment use and upkeep.
• Report equipment status and maintenance to senior management.
• Collaborate with procurement to source new equipment as needed.
