The role requires on-site presence at customer locations, adherence to mandatory immunization requirements, a valid driver's license, and strong communication with facility staff.

Qualifications

• On-site presence at customer locations and immunization requirements.
• 2 years industry-related customer service experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Travel between healthcare facilities to collect and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interact professionally with onsite staff to meet service expectations.
• Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicate duty status on a defined schedule.
